Here is where we have fun with One VS ONE and Group Play games.

ONE VS ONE

A)CHOOSE FITNESS LEVEL FOR EACH EXERCISE (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner)
B)CHOOSE TIE BREAKER EXERCISE
C)SHUFFLE THE DECK
D)POINT SYSTEM: WHEN PLAYING ONE ON ONE THE GOAL IS TO COLLECT THE MOST NUMBER OF POINTS. YOU COLLECT POINTS FROM EACH REPETITION YOUR OPPONENT DOES NOT COMPLETE. FOR EXAMPLE THE TURN OF THE CARD SHOWS 10 REPETITIONS OF PUSH UPS. PLAYER ONE COMPLETES 10 PUSH UPS. PLAYER TWO COMPLETES 6 PUSH UP. PLAYER ONE IS ASSIGNED 4 POINTS. THE PLAYER WITH THE MOST POINTS WINS

D) POINT SYSTEM: WHEN PLAYING IN GROUPS THE GOAL IS TO HAVE THE LEAST NUMBER OF POINTS. FOR EXAMPLE THE TURN OF THE CARD SHOWS 10 PUSH UPS. PLAYER ONE COMPLETES THE EXERCISES AND GETS (0) POINTS, PLAYER TWO COMPLETES SEVEN REPETITIONS GETTING (3) POINTS, AND PLAYER THREE COMPLETES FIVE REPETITIONS GETTING (5) POINTS. PLAYER NUMBER ONE IS WINNING WITH ZERO POINTS.
