How It Works

Four Exercise per Deck:

The exercises are basic simple moves that do not require fitness equipment. Dedicating 15-30 minutes per day several times, per week you will begin to transform your body.

  • Shuffle the deck
  • Turn cards
  • Perform the indicated number of repetition for exercises of the face card

Muscle Confusion:

  • Elevate your endurance through muscle confusion
  • The constant change between exercises and repetitions will better engage your intrinsic muscles
  • With every shuffle you will have a new series of exercises
  • Your muscles will not have a perceived/learned pattern in which to fatigue
